Phase 1
- Our first NFT real estate empowerment project will grant access to a community passionate about building a legacy together.
- Access to a private platform for education about investments and real estate. Learn how to do what we do.
- A community that gives back: A portion of proceeds will go to women's houseless shelters.

Phase 2
- A percentage of the mint will be used to fund an IRL real estate investment and educate the Legacy Leaders Holders. Proceeds from this investment will go to the DAO as a way to create long term sustainability for the DAO beyond secondary sales. These funds will be kept in the DAO treasury and holders will make governance decisions.
- Post Mint: Membership in a community-driven NFT DAO focused on supporting women-led NFT projects. Governance will be in the hands of our Legacy Leaders. Members will have a say in the lifecycle of the Legacy Leaders DAO facilitated through smart contracts.
Phase 3
The team at Legacy Leaders NFT will further connect the dots between Real Estate Investing and NFTs. This future drop will facilitate membership to a real estate investment fund organized as a legal entity, complying with U.S. Securities law, and offering liability protection for qualified NFT holders.
