Pili Yarusi
Founder
Pili began her NFT journey with VeeFriends and Fame Lady Squad and has since been working on combining her knowledge of real estate with all the best aspects of web3, blockchain tech, crypto and NFTs. Within NFTLand, Pili is an friend, entrepreneur, NFT artist, collector and project founder.
Pili is a Real Estate Investor with a focus on Large Apartment Real Estate. She is a founding and managing member of Yarusi Holdings, a large apartment multifamily investment firm with over 160M in assets under management and 1400 units acquired since 2016. She also co-founded 7 Figure Multifamily, an interactive education platform for investors to build a strong foundation in buying large apartment buildings. Pili is the co-host of the Multifamily Live Podcast.
She and Jason have three awesome children: Luke, Lily, and Leo, and an English Bulldog, Jill.
Jason Yarusi
Founder
Jason is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Real Estate Investor. Jason is a founding and managing member of Yarusi Holdings and the Head of Operations and Asset Management.
Jason co-hosts The Multifamily Live Podcast, a platform providing actionable content and tools to build and strengthen investing businesses. Jason is the co-founder of the Multifamily Live Club that focuses on Real Estate Syndication and Multifamily Investing. With over 2,500 members, he trains others how to buy apartment buildings at 7 Figure Multifamily using his proven success formula.
Jason has successfully started and exited multiple businesses in the past 15 years and his family construction business has a niche-industry position in raising and moving structures. The company has elevated over 2,000 homes in the last seven years alone.
Siya Oum
Artist
Fueled by the art of Jim Lee, Siya Oum became hooked on comics in the early 90’s when her dad took her to her first comic book store. Now? She is a bonafide superstar in the comic world, best known as the writer, illustrator, and colorist of her very own bestselling Aspen series Lola XOXO. Siya is also a Marvel Comics cover artist and enchants and inspires others with her brilliant talent and infectious positivity. A pinnacle moment in her career was when she was selected to finish the late Michael Turner's "Fathom" cover.
After living in cities all over the United States, including Seattle and Honolulu, Siya now resides in the beautiful backwoods of Montana with her better half and a deer named Toby.

Crystal Groves
Community Manager
Crystal Groves is a self-taught Digital Marketer and Web Designer and has been involved in web development since websites first became a thing in the 90's.
She is also a full-time farmer, youtuber, geek gear creator, gamer, and musician.
In NFTland, she is an experienced Discord moderator, having developed notoriety in major projects like VeeFriends, Boss Beauties, BFF, and Fame Lady Squad. She is also our security expert who maintain a safe online Discord community, as well as our Community Manager who facilitates a safe and productive community for Legacy Leaders.
Ashley Smith (Bored Becky)

Ashley Smith, also known as Bored Becky to the NFT community, has been a residential realtor in Vancouver, Canada since 2008. She became the youngest board director of the Real Estate Board of Great Vancouver where she served for 10 years. Host of “From the Blockchain” Podcast. Leader and contract holder of Fame Lady Squad.
